Job summary

Precise Comfort & Climate Specialists is hiring an HVAC Apprentice in New Orleans. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path from apprentice to service technician. You will gain experience on residential and commercial systems while supporting experienced technicians.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and a start wage of $21–$25 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and ongoing training to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of HVAC experience
• HVAC technical school education preferred
• EPA Certification or the ability to obtain it is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with HVAC service, install, and maintenance calls
• Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service on every job
• Continue developing technical knowledge through hands-on training
