Paid training, family-like culture, and opportunities for growth accompany a schedule of 40+ hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with wage between $10 and $25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• HVAC trade school education is a plus.
• EPA Universal Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC system installations.
• Learn installation techniques, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for each project.
• Help maintain organized and safe job sites.
• Use basic computer systems for job documentation.
• Deliver professional and respectful customer interactions.
