Job summary

Keefe HVAC in Chicagoland is seeking a motivated apprentice to learn the trade alongside our experienced technicians. No prior HVAC experience required — if you're dependable, willing to work hard, and eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

This is a real career path where many lead techs started right here. You'll assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance, learn to diagnose heating and cooling systems, and progress toward becoming a full technician through paid, hands-on training

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual; ready to work.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Learn to diagnose and service heating and cooling systems.
• Help move, load, and set up equipment and tools.
• Keep job sites and service vehicles clean and organized.
• Build your skills across hands-on tasks alongside experienced techs.
• Learn to read job orders and communicate professionally with customers.

Keefe HVAC is a residential and commercial HVAC company serving Chicagoland. We're looking for a motivated apprentice to learn the trade alongside our experienced technicians.
