Apex Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air is seeking a driven HVAC Apprentice to gain hands-on experience alongside skilled technicians and start a rewarding career in residential heating and cooling. You will assist with installations, maintenance, and repairs, receive on-the-job training, and help deliver 5-Star service to every customer while upholding safety standards and teamwork values.

You will learn the trade from experienced professionals, attend trainings to advance your HVAC knowledge

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred and able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at job sites and in company vehicles.
• Learn how to troubleshoot HVAC issues and assist with providing solutions.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
