Facilities Maintenance Management is seeking an HVAC Apprentice to assist in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems for both commercial and residential properties. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in the HVAC field while working alongside experienced technicians.

The role requires a high school diploma and basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) contributions, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of previous experience in HVAC or related field.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions based on core values.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with maintaining HVAC systems.
• Conduct general preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Maintain logs of maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with installation of new HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs on generators.

Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical skills

Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment (AHUs, VAVs, etc.)

HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Ability to utilize iPad for work order distribution

Strong work ethic

Team player

Willingness to learn and share knowledge
