Qualifications

• One+ years in construction or related field preferred.
• Must register with Texas Licensing and Regulation as HVAC registrant and apprentice.
• Enroll in HVAC Apprenticeship Program and obtain EPA 608U.
• Strong safety and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC service technicians with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Learn preventative maintenance tasks including filter changes and belt inspections.
• Identify HVAC components and assist with diagnosing issues.
• Assist with installation, replacement, and repair activities under supervision.
• Safely operate tools and maintain documentation of work performed.
