Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration circuits, and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units and boilers.
• Performs preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots complex HVAC malfunctions (electrical, mechanical, refrigeration).
• Inspects systems to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Provides repair estimates and communicates recommendations to clients.
• Coordinates with building managers to schedule service without disrupting operations.
• Keeps accurate records of service calls, parts used, and labor hours.
