Qualifications

• Passion for HVAC and willingness to develop skills.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems or general mechanical experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to industry regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced HVAC technicians and installers.
• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Help with parts, tools, deliveries, and setup at job sites.
• Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Perform tasks that require dexterity and physical labor.
• Ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and codes.
• Support technicians with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Learn customer service and communication skills.
• Document job progress and service details in software.
