Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Job Site Support: Provide support to lead technicians on service calls and installations. Load and unload tools, clean and organize work areas, and prep job sites.

• Installation Assistance: Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Help carry equipment, remove old units, set up pads, and assemble ductwork.

• Maintenance Tasks: Clean coils, change filters, and clear drain lines under supervision.

• Tool & Safety Compliance: Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and organized. Learn to safely operate hand and power tools while following company safety guidelines.
