Job summary

Haynes Mechanical Systems in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an HVAC Apprentice to join our fast-growing commercial HVAC and energy services team. This role works closely with dispatch, lead technician, and service supervisor to complete work orders and build HVAC skills.

The position requires basic tasks, a Year 2 apprentice level of mechanical aptitude, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must possess mechanical aptitude at a Year 2 Apprentice Level.
• High School/GED is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider.
• Experience with HVAC systems preferable.
• Regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic tasks such as cleaning coils and changing filters.
• Work closely with dispatch, lead technician, and service supervisor to execute work orders and develop HVAC skills.
• Attend Haynes University Training Courses to further promote HVAC fundamentals and advanced learning.

Position Summary
