Your New Role

As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll support our lead technicians and field supervisors on a variety of installations for both residential and commercial projects. Expect to:

• Assist with installations, including rough-ins, trims, and system start-ups.
• Manage tools and prepare job sites to ensure each project runs smoothly.
• Learn HVAC essentials, from drilling and wiring to venting fireplaces and installing garage heaters.
• Keep job sites clean and safe, working collaboratively with your team.
• Build solid relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic hand tool knowledge; background in construction or a service field.
• Licenses: Valid MT Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Preferred:
  • Mechanical-based degree or technical program.
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan.
• Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, stooping, and reaching. Comfortable with potential exposure to chemicals and on-call work as needed.
