Job summary

JLL in Andover, MA is seeking an experienced HVAC technician for the 3rd shift to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment. You will diagnose complex issues and work with limited supervision while mentoring junior technicians.

Required EPA Universal Certification and state/local HVAC licenses, plus 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain building environmental controls.
