Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hospital HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Perform electrical maintenance, including panels, lighting, outlets, and motors.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules using a CMMS/work order system.
Support life-safety and critical systems, including generators and emergency power.
Monitor and adjust building automation systems for comfort and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and building code requirements.
Respond to urgent maintenance calls to minimize downtime and protect patient care.
Collaborate with clinical and facility staff to prioritize work and communicate status.
Document work performed, parts used, and system conditions accurately.
Participate in safety, compliance, and technical training to support continuous improvement.
