Our SERVPRO Team is seeking an experienced certified HVAC/Air Duct Cleaning Division Manager to join our current Management Team of professionals and leaders.   • Supervise duct cleaning technicians, ensuring they follow company procedures and safety protocols.
  • Plan and schedule duct cleaning jobs, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
  • Train and mentor new technicians, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
  • Evaluate technician performance and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Write Estimates and Proposals and provide to clients.
  • Divisional Growth: Seek business development opportunities for new clients, encourage repeat business ofcurrent clients.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding duct cleaning services.
  • Provide Commercial and Residential Air Duct and HVAC Cleaning Services with team of Technicians using CaddyVac Cleaning System.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality cleaning services and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the cleaning process.
  • Operations and Quality Control:
  • Ensure all duct cleaning jobs are performed according to industry standards and company policies.
  • Maintain and manage cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure the effectiveness of the cleaning process.
  • Ensure projects are priced properly to ensure profitability and divisional growth.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job records, including work orders, invoices, and customer information.
  • Manage budgets and track expenses related to duct cleaning operations.
  • Communicate with Administrative staff for job progress, details, updates.
  • Follow SERVPRO policies and procedures for successful job completion.
  • Safety:
  • Ensure that all technicians follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
  • Promote a safe work environment for all employee

Experience, Skills, and Education :

Qualifications:

  • Insurable driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug and medical screening
  • Must have a clean criminal background check
  • Minimum of Highschool Degree
  • Management Experience of at least 3 Years, in related field preferred.
  • At least 3 Years Industry Experience in Air Duct and HVAC Cleaning, experience in both Residential & Commercial preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • NADCA Certified, Preferred
  • OSHA Certified, Preferred
  • ASCS, CVI & VMT Certification preferred
