Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer-Account Manager to join our HVAC sales team, building and nurturing customer relationships while driving growth of mechanical airflow products and air distribution projects.

This role requires strong communication, project and time management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior HVAC or sheet metal exposure is encouraged, with Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; technicians in HVAC or sheet metal encouraged to apply.
• Experience selling mechanical airflow or building materials preferred.
• Proven track record in crafting sales plans a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
