Job summary

Esp-Associates, Inc is recruiting a Project Engineer to provide mid-level engineering expertise on complex electric transmission design projects for HV overhead systems. You will assist with line routing, survey coordination, PLS-CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, and permitting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years of related transmission line experience, and proficiency with PLS-CADD; PE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
• 4+ years of transmission line engineering experience in the electric utility industry.
• Experience using PLS-CADD for transmission line design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and approve PLS-CADD Criteria.
• Schedule project tasks for project support team.
• Attend client stakeholder meetings.
• Complete design review meetings with the client.
• Attend internal design review meetings.
