Job summary

Pickett, an ESP Associates company, seeks a Project Engineer to provide mid-level engineering on complex HV transmission design projects. You will assist in line routing, survey coordination, PLS‑CADD modeling, and design reviews for HV overhead systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering and 4+ years of transmission line experience; PE preferred. You will collaborate with stakeholders and support project execution while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering is required.
• Proven experience in transmission line engineering and PLS-CADD modeling.
• Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and approve PLS‑CADD Criteria.
• Finalize PLS‑CADD models.
• Schedule project tasks for project support team.
• Attend client stakeholder meetings.
• Complete design review meetings with the client.
• Provide input on special design questions.
• Attend internal design review meetings.
