Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to provide mid-level engineering on complex electric transmission design projects for HV overhead systems. You will prepare, review, and guide line routing, PLS-CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, permit support and vendor coordination.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years of related experience, and proficiency with PLS-CADD. PE certification is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 4+ years of HV transmission line experience is required.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience with PLS-CADD for transmission design is required.
• Familiarity with NESC, IEEE, ASCE, and ACI codes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and approve PLS-CADD criteria.
• Schedule project tasks for the project support team.
• Attend client stakeholder meetings.
• Complete design review meetings with the client.
• Attend internal design review meetings.
