Jingoli Power, LLC seeks a Project Manager with HV substation experience to lead a portfolio of electrical transmission and substation construction projects. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus financial acumen.

Hybrid work in Allentown, PA with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The successful candidate will provide full program management for multiple projects, manage staff and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards

Competenze

• HV substation experience and utility exposure is a big plus.
• Four-year Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent combinations of training/experience.
• 5–10 years’ experience including 3+ years managing major engineering/procurement/construction activities.
• Certifications and professional development are a plus.
• Experience in E+P+C of transmission lines and substations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Primavera.

Mansioni

• Lead staff and oversee direct and subcontracted personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and Jingoli Power corporate office.
• Ensure safety culture, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee project schedule, budget, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate with other PMs and construction coordinators to manage permitting and real estate issues.
• Monitor field construction progress and reporting against the project plan.
