Job summary

Dashiell, a national provider of electrical infrastructure services, seeks an Engineering Project Manager based in Madison, WI. You will support project management and control activities under the Project Manager, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities include coordinating procurement, managing subcontractors, and developing weekly dashboards. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in engineering project management, with Oracle Primavera P6 or MS Project experience and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; experience may substitute.
Three years of project management experience for engineering projects; high voltage experience preferred.
Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is required.
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication; attention to detail in reports and proposals.

Responsibilities

Facilitate engineering cost schedules, coordinate procurement, and manage subcontractors for high voltage projects.
Ensure staffing and resource management, track baselines, and monitor cost accounting.
Develop and publish weekly performance dashboards; compare planned vs. actual progress.
Coordinate with Project Controls and Accounting on labor coding, accruals, and forecasts.
Maintain engineering deliverables (IFA/IFC) with schedule dates and dependencies, escalate risks.
