Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
• Experience in the electrical industry; high voltage breaker experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% or more as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and business development for high voltage breaker solutions.
• Promote products through customer meetings, webinars, presentations, and seminars.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with bid and proposal teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Support customers with technical expertise and application guidance.
• Participate in customer discussions, technical clarifications, and site visits.
• Develop sales forecasts and help achieve revenue, order, and profitability targets.
