Job summary

American Battery Solutions is seeking a Systems Test Engineering Co-op to support bench and customer testing for high‑voltage automotive battery packs. You will collaborate across systems, validation, testing, software, and program management to define and execute development tests and analyze data.

You will gain experience analyzing test results, reporting findings, and contributing to cross‑functional project teams while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, Mechanical, Systems or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required for Co-op program.
• Active enrollment in school and eligibility for part-time work.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support bench and customer testing for high‑voltage automotive battery packs.
• Assist cross‑functional teams to define and execute development testing.
• Instrument DUTs for CV testing and process test data for reports.
• Create problem reports and drive resolution with teams.
• Present test results and support correlation to validation efforts.
• Maintain test documentation and adhere to safety and policies.
