Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering with 5+ years experience or M.S. in Engineering with 2+ years.
• Experience in electrified powertrain or HV battery systems.
• Experience in Design and Release, supplier management, and multi-discipline engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and release HV battery welded array modules.
• Develop electrical, mechanical, and thermal interfaces of the module.
• Evaluate supplier designs against specs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with global teams to meet requirements and timelines.
• Lead DV/PV test plans and PPAP processes.
• Own the laser welding specification for busbar-to-cell joints.
