Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver's license.
• Residence in Huntsville, Alabama or surrounding area is required.
• Equivalent combination of education or experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Based in Huntsville or surrounding area with high autonomy.
• Travel extensively to high schools and colleges in Huntsville and surrounding areas to recruit prospective students.
• Make presentations to audiences of various sizes.
• Mail notices to students on a regular basis.
• Prepare a systematic travel schedule based on market surveys and statistics.
• Manage assigned territories and maintain statistics reports.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment including alumni and parents.
• Attend meetings, events, college fairs, and may require overnight/weekend stays.
• Review admissions documentation for prospective students seeking admission, transfer, or readmission.
• Meet enrollment goals and communicate with Office of New Student Recruitment.
• Maintain up-to-date reporting to reflect recruitment outcomes.
• Collaborate with university professionals and disseminate USA messages to prospective students and families.
• Correspond with prospective students by phone, letter, email and social media.
• Counsel prospective students and families.
• Travel to USA main campus for meetings and training as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high school and community college counselors.
