Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter to assist customers with hunting/archery merchandise and counter sales at the non-firearms area. You will greet customers, assess needs, and provide product recommendations to help them make informed purchases.

The role emphasizes friendly service, in-store programs promotion, and stereo merchandising of floor items, with emphasis on knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick up.
• Maintain and organize merchandise at the gun counter non-firearms.
• Keep work area clean, neat and stocked with supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
