Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter in Lubbock, TX for non-firearms Hunting/Archery merchandise. You will provide counter sales, customer service, and merchandise support at the gun counter non-firearms area, greeting customers and guiding purchases.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, stocking, and promoting programs like CLUB membership and in-store pickup. This role emphasizes friendly service and accurate pricing in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms)
• GCA
• Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt and friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and IN Store Pick up
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Maintain organized merchandise on the floor and stock shelves
• Follow all company policies and procedures
