Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Round Rock, TX is hiring a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for hunting and archery merchandise (non-firearms). You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products while promoting CLUB membership and in-store pickup programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-firearms) at the gun counter.
• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs and make product recommendations.
• Organize and maintain merchandise on the sales floor per guidelines and keep pricing/signage current.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and support store promotions and in-store pickup programs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and assist with seasonal floor moves.
