Bass Pro Shops in Texas is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms). You will greet customers, recommend products, and help them find items while keeping the floor well stocked.

Responsibilities include pricing/signage, assisting with floor moves, and maintaining knowledge of promotions and store policies. This role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years in retail and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in a retail environment
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise
• Familiarity with club programs and in-store pickup promotions (preferred)

• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations
• Maintain pricing, signing and promotions; keep floor organized and stocked
