Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms).
• Identify customers' needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing and signage.
• Remain knowledgeable about advertised sales and seasonal floor moves.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
