Job summary

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is seeking a Hunter Education Systems Coordinator based in Cheyenne, WY. This role provides technical support and coordinates systems for the state’s hunter education program, maintaining records and assisting volunteers and staff.

You will manage the event system, issue certificates, produce monthly reports, and help develop efficient SOPs while ensuring data accuracy and strong customer service across databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or related field.
• 0-3 years in PR with Specialist II level knowledge or 4-6 years with same level.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and coordination for hunter education volunteers and staff.
• Coordinate purchase, inventory, and distribution of materials statewide.
• Manage the student and instructor records database and issue certificates.
• Answer questions about hunter education requirements and registration.
• Compile monthly reports for state and federal reporting.
• Develop SOPs and refine processes for efficiency.
