Job summary

Bridge Defense seeks a Human Intelligence Targeting Specialist to identify and prioritize targets, fuse multi-discipline information, and develop detailed targeting packets for collectors. You will map networks, create collection plans, and guide HUMINT operations on-site.

The role requires DoW/IC knowledge, cable writing experience, and proficiency with visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook, CHROME, CRATE, and DataXplorer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years targeting experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting.
• Experience with CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX.
• Experience writing cables.
• Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC.
• Ability to create network diagrams using Analyst Notebook.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize individuals or groups for targeting.
• Fuse information from open source, SIGINT, and HUMINT to build a comprehensive picture.
• Prepare detailed targeting documents for collectors with operational parameters and risks.
• Map relationships and identify potential targets using visualization tools.
• Develop technical collection plans and targeting studies to support senior stakeholders.
• Provide analytic and operational guidance to HUMINT collectors in the field.
