Figure AI is seeking a Humanoid Robot Operator to test and validate behaviors on autonomous humanoid robots. This contract-to-hire role involves deploying robots for customer use cases, identifying issues, and filing Jira tickets to relay failures to engineering teams.

Shift is 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. Training at headquarters is 2–3 weeks, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. US base pay is $30.00 per hour for full-time work, with potential variations based on role and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience operating or troubleshooting robotic/mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain sustained attention during complex tasks.
• Experience working with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems is preferred.
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours and handle humanoid hardware.
• Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure humanoid robot operates successfully for customer use cases.
• Run robots throughout the shift, identify bugs and issues.
• Document, track, and escalate problems to engineering via Jira.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas per standards.
• Follow safety procedures for robot operation and teleoperation equipment.
• Perform bring-up and shutdown procedures for equipment.
