Foundation is hiring for a manufacturing associate to perform manual production tasks, then transition to operating humanoid robots as they come online. This on-site role focuses on safety and efficient production in a manufacturing setting.
You will work with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to support a smooth production flow, with opportunities to grow alongside our humanoid robotics program.
Foundation is developing the future of general purpose robotics with the goal to address the labor shortage.
Our mission is to create advanced robots that can operate in complex environments, reducing human risk in conflict zones and enhancing efficiency in labor-intensive industries.
We are on the lookout for extraordinary engineers and scientists to join our team. Your previous experience in robotics isn't a prerequisite — it's your talent and determination that truly count.
We expect that many of our team members will bring diverse perspectives from various industries and fields. We are looking for individuals with a proven record of exceptional ability and a history of creating things that work.
We like to be frank and honest about who we are, so that people can decide for themselves if this is a culture they resonate with. Please read more about our culture here https://foundation.bot/culture.

This role is a bit unique: right now, you'll be performing the physical tasks that our humanoid robots will eventually take over. As our robots come online, you'll transition into operating and monitoring them directly. In the meantime, you're essentially doing the job the robot will one day do, giving you a front-row seat to how the technology evolves.
If you have a college degree, are a hard worker, and are sharp and quick to learn, this could be a great opportunity for you, even without direct robotics experience.
