Job summary

Mangone Law Firm is expanding its humanitarian relief team and seeks attorneys with proven T visa, U visa and VAWA experience to manage their own caseload, appear before USCIS and immigration courts, and collaborate with a dedicated paralegal and support staff.

The firm stresses ongoing training, CAST/ASISTA and case management proficiency (Camplegal), as well as Google Workspace and Slack, to maintain timely, accurate work and a mission-driven culture for clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years handling T, U visa and/or VAWA cases.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written).
• Comfort appearing before USCIS and EOIR courts.
• CAST/ASISTA training; case management with Camplegal; Google Workspace & Slack.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings (EOIR).
• Attend bond hearings and file motions/appeals (BIA, reopen/reconsider).
• Guide and supervise paralegals and legal assistants on cases.
• Serve as Attorney of the Day, directing the legal and consultation teams.

Help survivors of trafficking, violence and crime find safety and legal status. Mangone Law Firm is expanding its humanitarian relief team and is hiring attorneys who already know T visa, U visa and VAWA work. You will handle your own caseload, appear before USCIS and immigration courts, and work with a dedicated paralegal and legal support team. Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings (EOIR), bond hearings, and file motions and appeals (BIA, motions to reopen/reconsider). Give feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to keep work accurate and on time. Serve as Attorney of the Day, guiding the legal and consultation teams. Must have: 2+ years of attorney experience handling T visa, U visa and/or VAWA cases. Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). Comfort appearing before USCIS and immigration courts.
