Job summary

Mangone Law Firm is expanding its humanitarian relief team and is hiring attorneys with experience handling T visa, U visa and VAWA cases. You will manage your own caseload, appear before USCIS and immigration courts, and collaborate with a dedicated paralegal and support team.

The firm is a New Jersey-based immigration practice serving nationwide clients since 2012, with a mission-driven culture and structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of attorney experience handling T visa, U visa and/or VAWA cases.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Comfort appearing before USCIS and immigration courts.
• CAST or ASISTA training; case management experience; Google Drive/Workspace and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings (EOIR), bond hearings and filings.
• Handle own caseload and provide strategic advocacy for relief petitions.
• Prepare motions, appeals (BIA, motions to reopen/reconsider) and briefs.
• Provide feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as Attorney of the Day to guide the consultation teams.

Mangone Law Firm is expanding its humanitarian relief team and is hiring attorneys who already know T visa, U visa and VAWA work. You will handle your own caseload, appear before USCIS and immigration courts, and work with a dedicated paralegal and legal support team.

T visa, U visa, VAWA, SIJS, family-based petitions, consular processing, waivers, RFEs and NOIDs.

Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings (EOIR), bond hearings, and file motions and appeals (BIA, motions to reopen/reconsider).

Give feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to keep work accurate and on time.

Serve as Attorney of the Day, guiding the legal and consultation teams.

Must have: 2+ years of attorney experience handling T visa, U visa and/or VAWA cases.
