Job summary

Mangone Law Firm in the United States seeks an experienced immigration attorney to join its humanitarian relief team. You will handle your own caseload involving T visa, U visa and VAWA work, and appear before USCIS and immigration courts.

We require 2+ years of relevant experience, fluent English and Spanish, CAST/ASISTA training, and proficiency with Camplegal, Google Workspace and Slack. You’ll work with a dedicated paralegal and legal support team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of attorney experience handling T visa, U visa and/or VAWA cases.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Comfort appearing before USCIS and immigration courts.
• CAST or ASISTA training; case management experience.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack; team-oriented.

Help survivors of trafficking, violence and crime find safety and legal status. Mangone Law Firm is expanding its humanitarian relief team and is hiring attorneys who already know T visa, U visa and VAWA work. You will handle your own caseload, appear before USCIS and immigration courts, and work with a dedicated paralegal and legal support team. T visa, U visa, VAWA, SIJS, family-based petitions, consular processing, waivers, RFEs and NOIDs. Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings (EOIR), bond hearings, and file motions and appeals (BIA, motions to reopen/reconsider). Give feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to keep work accurate and on time. Serve as Attorney of the Day, guiding the legal and consultation teams. Must have: 2+ years of attorney experience handling T visa, U visa and/or VAWA cases. Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). Comfort appearing before USCIS and immigration courts. CAST or ASISTA training; case management experience (we use Camplegal, training provided); Google Workspace and Slack.
