Mangone Law Firm, LLC is expanding its humanitarian relief team and hiring attorneys with T visa, U visa and VAWA experience. You will manage your own caseload, appear before USCIS and immigration courts, and collaborate with a dedicated paralegal and support staff.

Must have active U.S. bar license and 2+ years in relevant cases, plus fluent English and Spanish. We offer a mission-driven environment and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Active U.S. bar license in good standing (any state).
• 2+ years of attorney experience handling T visa, U visa and/or VAWA cases.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Comfort appearing before USCIS and immigration courts.
• Nice to have: I-918B/I-914B certification work, SIJS, asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers; CAST or ASISTA training; case management experience; Google Workspace and Slack.

What You’ll Do
