Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Immigration Law.
• Ability to manage caseload effectively.
• Experience with Humanitarian applications.

Responsibilities

• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions.
• Represent individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.
• Prepare diverse immigration applications, including U-Visa.
