Job summary

The City of Nampa Human Resources is seeking a Human Trafficking Task Manager to lead the Nampa Family Justice Center's multifaceted efforts against human trafficking. The role involves coordinating with law enforcement, prosecutors, victim-service providers, and grant partners across the Treasure Valley and beyond.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of administrative experience, with travel required and a strong focus on collaboration, protocol development, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; field of study Social Work preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day task force activities and administrative duties.
• Develops and expands collaborative partnerships and MOUs for the task force.
• Works with Idaho State Police to develop data-driven community assessments.
• Plans and oversees monthly task force meetings and records notes.
• Creates and implements protocols for service delivery, investigations, and prosecutions.
• Provides training to multidisciplinary teams on victim-centered, trauma-informed approaches.
• Coordinates trainings regionally across the state and for SANE nurses and medical professionals.
• Maintains data collection and grants reporting; ensures confidentiality and safety procedures.
