We have one full-time supervisory position in our Aging and Disability Services Division. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and an innovative mindset to help launch the new WA Cares program that will go live July 1, 2026.
In addition, this position will oversee a new program called Health Related Social Needs (HRSN), which will provide expanded benefits to Apple Health enrollees. The Supervisor must have a passion for developing new programs and be capable of supervising staff to ensure a smooth launch of both programs, meeting the needs of Snohomish County residents efficiently. Since these are new initiatives, a high level of innovation and comfort with change is required.
