Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Part-Time Human Service Specialist to support the Community Transition Team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role involves administering tests, coordinating with recovery teams, and ensuring accurate client records in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to document services clearly and maintain records.
