We are seeking a Part-Time Human Service Specialist to join the Community Transition Team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Administering and observing urinalysis, breathalyzer, oral fluid, and sweat patch tests
- Providing services aligned with individual service plans
- Participating in recovery teams and offering feedback on client progress
- Assisting with medication monitoring tasks such as delivery and education
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with standards
- Collaborating with clients and teams to determine effective interventions
- Attending meetings, staff development, and clinical supervision
- Supporting client independence through trauma-informed, person-centered practices
- Testingify in legal proceedings when required
- Working a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications Include
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to complete background and health checks
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and documentation
- Basic computer skills, including electronic health records and email
Preferred qualifications: at least one year of related experience.
