Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or Master’s in public policy, social work, sociology, psychology, education, economics, statistics, data science, or related field.
  • Strong quantitative research skills with experience in design and analysis of various data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; ability to translate methods for practitioners and policy audiences.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques or technology, including AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evaluation technical assistance to programs serving youth and families.
  • Design and carry out rigorous mixed-method evaluations.
  • Guide policymakers on using evidence for program decisions.
  • Synthesize data and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to link and analyze data.
