Baltimore County Government is seeking a qualified candidate to supervise staff within the Winning Father’s Program and Rapid Re-Housing Program in the Community Based Services Division. You will oversee casework, coordinate service delivery, and participate in grant-related activities to support program goals.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science and at least four years in human services, with one year in a supervisory capacity.
Regular Schedule 35 Hours. Pay Schedule XII, Grade 1M

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, supervises staff within the Winning Father’s Program and the Rapid Re-Housing Program within the Community Based Services Division.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in a social or behavioral science.
at least four years' experience providing human services, such as intake/referral, counseling or educating, which includes one year in a supervisory capacity.
(Additional experience in providing human services may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of two years for the required education. Experience in the supervision and management of a human services program may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years for the required education.)
