The Assistant County Attorney will work with county clients and agencies, with a flexible hybrid schedule offering some remote work days to promote work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Judicial licensure in Colorado required; two years’ litigation experience preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado; good standing with the Colorado Bar.
• Written sample required; appellate writing samples preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation and advice to Human Services team on child welfare, dependency, juvenile delinquency, adult protection, mental health, and related matters.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, technologically advanced office environment.
