Job summary

Job Summary:

Provides transportation for the Aging Unit, as well as delivers meals to the homebound. This is a part-time position, working on an as needed basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• -Deliver home delivered meals to the homebound elderly. Check on well-being of participants being served home delivered meals.
• -Report to supervisor on the condition of the homebound participant. Submit necessary written reports.
• -Attend various trainings. Perform other related work as required or assigned.

Work Requirements:

• -High School Diploma or equivalent.
• -Required to have a reliable vehicle and have a good driving record.
• -Requires knowledge of the county roads and streets.
• -Requires a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and adequate insurance as required by County Policy. Adequate auto liability insurance to satisfy current county requirements.
