Daymark Recovery Services in North Carolina seeks a Team Lead to support the Center Director, oversee clinical areas, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role provides direct clinical services, mentors Substance Abuse staff, maintains compliance with regulations, and coordinates performance metrics; strong supervisory experience preferred.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Three to five years of clinical practice experience in substance abuse.
• Prefer 1 year of supervisory experience. Must be Licensed or Certified in Area of Practice: LCSW and/or LCAS.

This position is responsible for clinical oversight of assigned staff and assists Center Director with administrative duties as needed within the center. The position also provides direct clinical services to clients. This position is responsible for the clinical services, care management and programming within at least one county that DAYMARK Recovery Services has a service location. This position reports directly to the preventative care program regional director. This position is responsible for all local preventative clinical and care management operations and compliance will all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws. Offers on-going mentoring, coaching and training to staff. Assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand and that staff meet all training requirements. This position is the community liaison between DAYMARK Recovery Services and the community at large and is often the spokesperson for DAYMARK Recovery Services to the community.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Carries an active caseload and/or perform direct clinical services for minimum of 2 days per week.Mentors the clinical Substance Abuse staff to increase their clinical effectiveness, productivity and therapeutic skills. In coordination with the Center Director, TL assists with the development, use, analysis, and feedback of clinical performance measurement indicators, processes, audits and assures all paperwork, billing tickets and documentation is completed in a timely manner. Additionally, assists in ensuring strict compliance with all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures.Provides in-service training as appropriate, deliver clinical education programs, provide best practices training to staff, also participates in agency-wide training programs/in-servicesParticipates in the selection, hiring and performance evaluation of clinical staffOther duties as assigned by supervisorUnits Billed Minimum Requirement: To be determined by Center Director. Minimum of 40% of expected clinician case load.Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide on-site clinical supervision to all Substance Abuse staff.Education and/or Experience: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or relative field, from an accredited college or university. Three to five years of clinical practice experience in substance abuse. Prefer 1 year of supervisory experience. Must be Licensed or Certified in Area of Practice: Licensed Clinical Social Worker and/or Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist.
