Our team in Houston currently has an opening for a HR Operations Specialist.
The Human Resources Systems Specialist is responsible for coordinating and implementing standards of technological tools and Human Resources systems, in order to ensure their proper operation, as well as the execution of procedures carried out through these systems based on corporate guidelines and policies. The generation of reliable and statistical reports on the information inherent to the area supports strategic decision-making and planning regarding the human capital of the organization.
This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of systems, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvements.
