Maximus seeks a seasoned professional to lead and coordinate multi-domain human performance programs from a remote home office in the continental US. You will collaborate with clinical, cognitive, nutrition and family support specialists to sustain peak performance for SOF personnel.
You will also design training, mentor junior analysts, manage data reporting, and partner with project and product teams to implement change management initiatives.

Partner with product management team to see changes through implementation.

Develop enhanced change management reporting.

Support the Human Performance Manager in planning, developing, and synchronizing technical training, guidance, and policy recommendations.
Coordinate, implement, document, and oversee human performance services that support peak performance and reconditioning of SOF personnel.
Maintain inventories of human performance supplies and equipment, prepare requisitions, and coordinate preventive maintenance.
Develop and distribute training materials; coordinate staff training and travel; and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
Collect, analyze, document, and report performance data to Human Performance and POTFF leadership, including entries in the SPEAR enterprise database.
Support the integration of service members and families into assigned units, strengthen family connections, and assist with deployment and transition readiness.
Collaborate with medical, psychological, cognitive, performance, nutrition, and family support professionals in a cross-functional environment.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of program and operational requirements.
'- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related professional experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
'- Master’s degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience planning and coordinating sport- or mission-specific performance programs, with demonstrated results in collegiate, professional, military, or SOF environments.
Current professional certification in an applicable discipline, such as Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Physical Therapist, Cognitive Performance Specialist, or Performance Dietitian.
Experience with multi-domain human performance programming.
Working knowledge of strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, reconditioning, and team dynamics.
Ability to work effectively in high-tempo, mission-driven environments while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
Strong written, verbal, organizational, data management, and collaboration skills.

Minimum 5mpbs upload speed
Connectivity to the internet via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
Private and secure work area and adequate power source
Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
