Job summary

QCD in Kent, Washington, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-moving, high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick service restaurant brands. You will guide day-to-day operations, ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery, and manage a large, 24/7 team.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse or distribution operations with supervision experience; strong leadership; and alignment with GSF values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations to meet objectives for shipping, rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness.
• Monitor loading, dispatch, and receiving times while ensuring compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations.
• Inform and communicate with associates to ensure productivity and safety policies are followed.
• Maintain and audit time records, logs, and related paperwork.
• Plan manpower and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Warehouse Supervisor – Kent, WA

What You’ll Do:

You’ll lead a team that moves fast, handles complexity, and delivers with excellence. As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for guiding day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick service restaurant brands. In This Role, You’ll:

• Plans, implements, and monitors the day-to-day operations for the warehouse department to ensure that established objectives for shipping, product rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness are met or exceeded
• Monitors loading, dispatch, and receiving times and makes appropriate changes, ensuring compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations.
• Routinely informs and communicates with associates to ensure compliance with established warehouse productivity, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
• Monitors and completes numerous computer-based and manual reports and related paperwork, including time records, daily logs, damage reports, etc.
• Monitors product damage and audits routes to ensure reliable product delivery
• Plans and schedules manpower.
• Plans and coordinates vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization reports.
• Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision
• Lead a diverse workforce in a 24 hour/7 day per week operation
• Supervise and motivate associates in a team-based environment
• Interpret warehouse operations anomalies and identify appropriate solutions
• Work effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service
• Act in accordance with GSF’s Values and Creed

The Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouse
• Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Range (Base Pay): $80,168 - $95,024

Weekly pay (every Friday)

Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
